Notice is hereby given that the

Annual General Meeting

of the Aubin Grove Community Association Inc 

is to be held at the Aubin Grove Community Room, Camden Blvd Aubin Grove

Tuesday 25 August 2020 at 7pm

 

The business of the Annual General Meeting shall be: 

  1. Welcome and approval of register of meeting attendees eligible to vote, proxies and apologies
  2. Minutes from the previous year’s Annual General Meeting
  3. Business arising from the minutes
  4. Annual Reports: Presidents Report and Treasurers Report
  5. Announcement of election results or conduct the elections to positions on the Executive committee as follows:
  • President
  • Vice President
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • 3 Committee Members

6. Other Business

 

Nominations for positions on the executive committee are available from the secretary
